Finding an Article
Quick Search
Our website on Etsy is the top of the bar 'Search'. Here you can fill a term to search our catalog. This functionality can be found in each product. From our homepage, under the tab "Home", you can search our properties or within a specific product. Under the tabs for the product you can only find in that particular group.
Some items we have in our range, but are (temporarily) not available. You can search by checking your tone is not available titles' bottom left of the screen.
Subject search
In the left column of our product pages contain links to specific categories and genres. Inside you can browse and articles from the same category or same genre viewing.
Placing an order
Ordering from DGbyFemke.com goes through a few simple steps.
A. Create Account To order at Renaissance38.com , an account will be established at "check out" of your order with us and you may opt to register for future purposes.
Step 1
Click on the article on 'In Cart'.
Step 2
Click on 'order'. (Or 'continue shopping' if you want to order more items)

Check the details of your order.

Address
You can specify what the billing address and shipping address the order should be. If you wish to use a different address you can add.
Shipping Method & Gift Service
If you want to use our gift service, please indicate that here. We take the item with wrapping paper and then you can add a personal message. When you order multiple items at once we do our best, if possible, all in 1x delivered to you. The delivery of your entire order will be equal to that of the item with the longest delivery.
Step 4
Click once all your details are correct on 'to pay'.
Step 5
Choose your payment method, we honor PayPal only at this point in time and enter the appropriate code of your coupon or gift certificate.
Step 6
Make your final order by clicking "Send order" button.
Your Account
To order at Renaissance38.com/Etsy, an account will be established but registration is not required. For payment and shipping your account information is of course required, you include your name, address, email address and billing information. In case you register with us the access to your account is protected with a password of your choice.
Password
In case you lost your password you can request it from us via the login members function under About Us. On the next page, enter your email address and within minutes you will receive an email from us with a personal link. Click on this link to a new password.
Change data
You can create your data in your account (including e-mail address, and password) change. Here you can also multiple billing and shipping addresses. Please note that any payment reminders to the last used billing address are sent.
Cancel an order
You can place your order or item from your order, easy to cancel them. Go to your 'Order Status' right on the site and click on the cancelation button. If this button is not there or you cancel it despite your article, you must receive the return receipt sent within the specified conditions.
